wonder why i so 'semangat'?just came back from bnm meeting.how good it was..it's not about the scholars i met but the simple briefing about working in bnm make me looking forward to be there.to be part of bnm.but, one thing that really stuck in my mind is about getting someone for your position if u want to move higher in ur career.sound easy huh?not that easy tho...i understand why they apply such thing.apprentice?more or less like that..i need to be aggresive to get someone to take over when we are not here.i understand why my friend in dundee always stress on this.it not easy yet it is possible.just thinking about one job here...wonder who will interested..haha..no one i guess...
